The Village historique acadien station is a reproduction of a Canadian National Railways station identified as Canadian Government Railways standard no. 5 station, as designed in 1918 by the Moncton Chief Engineer’s Office.
With its hipped roof, supported by sturdy brackets, this station is typical of the architectural style of many stations built in New Brunswick in the first quarter of the 20th century.
