New at the Village!
In addition to its breakfast service Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the Café-Bistro team now offers Sunday brunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with an enhanced menu and few surprises!

On July 5, 2026, at 1 p.m., join the Goguen family and the Village historique acadien’s team for the official reopening of the Goguen Mill!
Following its relocation, the mill is now ready to resume operations after being out of service for four years.
We look forward to celebrate this great event with you!
Guided tour with tastings
Taste history
Witness firsthand the evolution of the traditional Acadian diet, from 1770 to 1950, by visiting the kitchens and gardens of historic homes and tasting dishes and ingredients essential to the survival of Acadian ancestors.
This guided tour includes 6 tastings, as well as a dinner at the Acadian fricot.
