During the cold season, the historic site is open every day free of charge to hikers.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash.

L'Espace Coworking
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The perfect spot to read, study, work and meet colleagues in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Located in the Village’s Visitor Center, L’Espace Coworking is a free work space that lets you get a change of scenery while moving your projects forward!
Each station is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, from October to the end of March.
A total of 10 unallocated workstations are available to the community free of charge.

Village closes due to scorching heat
To ensure the well-being of its employees and visitors, management and the occupational health and safety committee at the Village historique acadien have implemented a heat wave policy for 2019.

Discover various textile techniques practiced by our Acadian ancestors on this tour, where you’ll experience some of the steps involved in wool processing and practice textile arts in vogue at the time, such as hooking with guenilles, weaving, blanket quilting and embroidery.

Tastings, anecdotes and learning are all part of this themed tour, which always ends with a delicious Acadian fricot dinner served at the Café-Bistro du Village.
